How it Works


Step 1: Request a Consultation (link) 

Contact the Groom’s Club Team. Your Guide will give you a shout via email to set up a consult call so that we can get a better idea of what your Wedding plans look like and what your specific needs are. 

Examples of Questions to Prepare For:
1. When and where is your wedding? 
2. What is your expected attire? (Black tie, suit, coat and tie)
3. Who would you like to outfit? (Just the groom, grooms party, rehearsal dinner)
4. What items do you need? (Suit/tux, shirt, shoes, accessories, anything else — we do it all)
5. Do you have wedding-specific colors, styles, or themes in mind? 

Step 2: Your Groom’s Guide Creates a Personalized Wedding Package 

This is where the magic happens. Based on your consultation, we’ll create a customized packet outlining your options and pricing.

In 1-3 days, you will receive your custom package via email.

Step 3: Measure twice, cut once. It’s Fitting Time

We’ll provide with you a fit form and questionnaire to take to a local tailor you trust. Between your tailor’s measurements and our fit algorithm, we’ll provide you a fit deserving of a man on his wedding day. 

We have multiple fit options available based on your wedding party’s needs and availability.

Step 4: Delivery

With all items ready 4-5 weeks after we have all style, measurement, and product information on hand, we will deliver your finished wedding package to your door. You (and your wedding party) are ready to take the plunge. 

Your Groom’s Guide will remain available throughout your journey to the big day.

Please note: The Groom’s Club team likes to have all wedding packages delivered no later than 6 week prior to your Wedding Date. This window allows for a smooth transition and one less thing to worry about as the big day approaches. Please plan accordingly!
